We will switch to a new greeter, Phrog, for our Phosh-based installations. Currently we're using tinydm which is getting be started by the init system and launches Phosh. But if testing goes well, we'll switch to Phrog, which is the recommended greeter by Phosh, fixes stuff for us like properly unlocking the keyring and has more features we could take advantage of in the future like a first boot application.
But first, we want to gather confidence with Phrog and our integration, so in case you want to help us, you can test Phrog out now:
$ doas apk add mrtest
$ mrtest upgrade 6106
$ reboot
Feedback (positive as well as negative!) is welcome in !6106.
