With the merge of Python 3.14 into Alpine's repos, all Python packages have to be rebuilt for this new version. During this rebuild, it is not recommended to upgrade the system as any py3-* package that is not rebuilt will be uninstalled from the system, usually causing breakages.
Please remain patient as this long but necessary process is completed. We will update this post when the issue is resolved. You can also follow and/or help out Alpine with packages failing to build to get this resolved faster.
