In the natural follow-up to the usr-merge, /usr/sbin/ has been merged into /usr/bin/ on postmarketOS edge. This process is much simpler than the full usr-merge, so it will most likely go unnoticed on upgrade.
Switching to this new layout requires no manual intervention. All new images will be automatically bin-merged and existing installs will have it happen during normal upgrades. Existing paths that point to /sbin/ or /usr/sbin/ will continue working through symlinks to /usr/bin/.
